Over the years, with its strong sense of responsibility, China has step by step formulated a whole set of non-proliferation policies and put in place a fairly complete legal framework on non-proliferation and export control. It has taken positive and constructive measures to accelerate the international non-proliferation process with concrete actions, thus making a significant contribution to safeguarding and promoting international and regional peace and security.多年来，中国本着高度负责的态度，逐步制定了完整的防扩散政策，已形成了较为完备的防扩散出口管制法规体系，并采取了积极和建设性的举措，以实际行动推动国际防扩散进程，为维护和促进国际和地区的和平与安全作出了重要贡献。
